An expert investigator and Senior Leader with experience across investigations, intelligence, insider threat, leadership and management. Len served over 38 years in the Royal Military Police predominately with the Special Investigation Branch. He completed his service as the Deputy Provost Marshal with responsibility for investigation and professional standards. Len has held appointments on UK national policing bodies for homicide and the criminal use of firearms. Since leaving the service, Len broadened his experience with the Competition and Markets Authority and Barclays before embarking as an independent security and investigation consultant in the commercial and security arena. Len has provided training across a wide range of investigation subjects and has led and directed multiple serious and complex cases in the domestic, international and non-permissive environments involving international and criminal law.
