The aim of this course is to provide students with a reminder of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (RIPA) legislation that governs covert investigation techniques and their (legal) responsibilities in relation to it.  It will also provide students with advice, guidance and suggested ‘best practice’.
