Richard is an experienced facilitator, coach and mentor with natural ability to engage audiences of any size.  He is passionate about the development of others and is committed to the delivery of first-class training that engenders continuous professional development in a wide range of skills and subject areas.  With over 30 years’ experience as a former UK civilian police officer and investigator of major crime, he has demonstrable skills in all aspects of serious and complex investigations and is a subject matter expert in interpersonal communication and providing strategies and practical guidance to maximise personal and business potential.  Richard was also the author, lead trainer and course manager for several investigative courses for Avon and Somerset Constabulary, including urban photographic and foot surveillance and advanced interviewing of suspects and witnesses.
